The service department personnel have always been friendly, courteous, and professional. Description and cost of services to be performed are always clearly explained in advance.
I have been working with this dealership for over 20 years and have bought new cars, used cars and have leased cars with the team. Each time has been great, but this most recent experience with the dealership and with Jack was above and beyond. Everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. The entire process was super easy.

My link to Acton Toyota so far has been entirely through the service department and almost exclusively with Eric Moeller who has always done everything anyone could expect by way of guiding me to service our two Toyota cars in just the right way. Arrived on time was seen fairly quickly. Talked to service person and they took good care of me and my vehicle. Took a little longer for service than I expected. But not too long. Was disappointed that they don't offer the food slip.
