I was taken quickly and checked it quickly and serviced quickly which I very much appreciated as I was not comfortable sitting inside so I sat outside and waited, There was a nice bench provided and Ben was lovely

Service always excellent. Management exceeded expectations by asking a customer who refused to wear a mask while speaking loudly over her computer to move out of the waiting area to an isolated spot. She was vociferously resistant, but they finessed it beautifully.

My car was due a regular oil change, etc., but there were two items that needed attention. My phone chats with members of the service department were friendly and productive. When I picked up my car the check-out person told me to report back if the items developed any problem. I felt quite secure and grateful, driving away feeling that my little car was back in proper condition.
