I like the no haggle approach to selling cars and the price on the car was very competitive. My salesman Jack made me feel comfortable and walked me thru all the options the car had both before and after I bought the car. Jack has been on top of all items after I bought the car so I didnt have to follow up - pleased about that!

I worked with Jon and Tom Downing. Tom was great, he had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I got to the dealership. I test drove it, and checked it out. Did the paper work with Tom, and worked quickly with Ed from finance. Everyone was very friendly and professional including the receptionist. The pickup process was also smooth. After extensive research 2 1/2 years ago looking for a Toyota dealership with exceptional reviews, I was fortunate to have purchased my first certified used Toyota car. From the first contact online acton Toyota was prompt and informative, upon arrival at the dealership i was introduced to brian doney and he was prepared with several different vehicles for me to compare, once i decided on a vehicle brian made the process quick and easy, he even delivered the vehicle to my house, couldn't be happier

Jack Burke was excellent to work with. I was looking to purchase a "new" 2020 Rav4 XLE and he pointed me to a "used" 2020 Rav4 XLE with 1000+ miles that was previously a leased vehicle. It had all the extra features I was looking to add plus more. If he had not pointed me to this vehicle I would have paid a lot more. I'm very pleased with my new Rav4. I would strongly recommend Jack as a sales person.
