Working with Steve was the best and easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life. If you ever want the buying-car- is-horrible myth dispelled, just guve Steve a call and you probably will never want to visit another dealership. I know I won’t. And working with Jack in the finance department was exactly the same.
Jack Burke was excellent to work with. Unfortunately the car I had bought 9 months prior turned out to be a lemon. I needed a new car within 48 hours before starting a new job. Jack Burke and many others at Toyota made sure it got done and my had my new car in time. This is the third used car I have bought from this dealership and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Jack was extremely patient during my Investigation which model I wanted to buy. He provided me several options and worked with me very closely to help me decide and to Work with the sales operation management to my satisfaction resulting in my purchasing the automobile. HONEST, TRANSPARENT AND FAIR. Awesome experience. Never thought I’d say that about buying a car. We purchased a Tacoma TRD Off-road. After a recent poor experience at Woburn Toyota, Acton hit it out of the park with honest, transparent and very fair pricing. We got a fair deal, below MSRP for this popular hard to find model.
