the pandemic precautions seemed to impact the number of available staff, and i waited much longer than needed to complete my transaction. missed the snacks, too, and the coffee. long wait without them (3 hours). tom downing was a super salesperson. it appeared he was spread really thin that day. as was the financing person, who was also a very nice guy

Felt comfortable with the sales person even though was anxious. Found a couple of things that will need to be fixed and they said ok. Also asked for a second key and yes when I get my car looked at on November 3.
