My initial experience via Internet was good and when I met with the sales person, he was also very good. I was ready with my checkbook in hand to put down a deposit. The sales person checked with his manager and came back with a quote $2k higher than the price what I was quoted. He even had a print out of the initial quote. Seriously! I left and will not return nor recommend this dealership.

Both of my cars took several attempts to complete the recall due to problems with the dealership. My Rav was returned to me reeking of gasoline. Needless to say I will be calling to complain tomorrow.

I was charged 240.00 just to have my car diagnosed, I was then told I needed a new air bag , another 700.00 , and I wasn’t really given a reason why my air bag deteriorated to the point of needing a new one, it’s not like I used my airbag everyday, I’ll get it fixed there but this will be the last time I go to Prime Toyota!

Terrible service department. I went in for an oil change with a scheduled appointment. Right away the man asked if I wanted a tire rotation. I said “I don’t think so” he continued “you want your car ready for winter right? It’s a good idea for winter.” So I said sure? Then he pointed out my sticker was 5 days past due. “Let’s do that. Get your registration out.” Okay. Then I left my vehicle and went to the waiting area. I scheduled an appointment for a recall for premature frame rust for my 2015 Tacoma. The first appointment was greeted by a gentleman telling me the spray pump was malfunctioned and that I'd have to reschedule for the following week. As gentleman stated the pump to apply spray was down for a few days. No advance call or apology for waste of time given. Following appointment one week later. Leave my truck on service row. The finance manager was not clear enough on extra things like the prices of protection plans that were added on the vehicle, final price was way higher than expected, once in the finance office, the finance manager just marked the places to sign in a very fast paced manner, and because of that, I felt pressured to just sign and not really read anything in the fine print , i felt ripped off and taken advantage of.

My husband and I took a lot of time researching a particular vehicle, and knew about how much we wanted to spend and how much we could spend. We picked out a vehicle that’s price should have matched our expectations but the “deals” that came back to us from the Manager were no where in our ballpark. A salesperson “promised” that she will send me a $100 referral fee after I referred a friend of mine buy a new vehicle from them. Never received the check. Liar. They did pick up call’s anymore. You sure will lose many potential customers. Will NOT recommend this dealer!

Unfair My fiance went here to see about another vehicle. We wanted to trade in her old car and they gave us the amount on kelly blue book however there was a car she really wanted so they really looked at the car and gave her even more for her trade in. Then she decided she really didnt want that one because they were going to add a sun roof which was stupid so they found another vehicle at another prime and they would have it sent there.
