This is my second vehicle purchased from Acton Toyota of Littleton and Ken Hsu. Made a point to return to this dealership based on how I was treated during my first experience and all followup appointments covered by the ToyotaCare program. They call you by your first name and treat you like you are family. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. This was by far the most pleasurable experience purchasing a new car. We had purchased our 2008 Rav 4 from another Toyota dealer and would not purchase another vehicle from them for many reasons. Our next vehicle will most assuredly be purchased from Acton Toyota.
I just came to the US as a new resident with a great experience with Toyota in my Country of origin. I contacted the Acton Toyota dealer via Internet and Ken Wheeler has assisted me through the challenging experience of a new resident. He has been very supportive and open in the coomunication. I have leased one car and bought a new one - and I would do it again.
A straightforward dealership. They have a strong code of ethics and seem to stick with it. They are clear about price and accessories. They will try to upsell you at the finance desk (clearcoat, extended warrantee etc., but are not pushy). It is a great relief working with a dealership that is not trying to pull something over on you. On the downside, the service department has a complicated reward and incentive program. I went to Acton Toyota for a used Jeep, and was Pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated. I called Bob Gaudet the day before with a few questions and to let him know I was coming by the next morning. That day was supposed to be his day off but he made sure he was there to greet me so I was dealing with the person I originally spoke with. I shopped around for two months for a preowned hybrid - found the best price and lowest milage/best condition certified hybrid Highlander. Byron and his colleagues were easy-going and very pleasant to work with - they also offered to replace several things on the vehicle which were functional but which showed their age. This is the second car which I've purchased from Acton Toyota and the first experience was equally positive. I also find their service department to be excellent.
