An exceptional difference and experience compared to other Toyota Dealerships that I have visited in the past. Searched online to find a certified preowned toyota and it seems that Acton Toyota had the best deal around Boston. Did some research online to see some reviews from previous customers and I see a pattern of reviews that keeps on giving this place an extremely high score as well as lengthy review. Overall, I had a great experience purchasing a certified, used vehicle at Acton Toyota. I really appreciated the no-pressure sales approach and felt relaxed because of it. Mr. John Bohr was pleasant to work with and quite patient as well, since I was only able to drop by the dealership and take a test drive in the evening on a weekday. I contacted Shawn about 2 months ago via the internet. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a new Venza. He gave me his best price including the premium package, dealership fees etc. I told him I was undecided and would get back to him. When I decided to buy, I had to call him. He never hounded me during the months between calls. When the car came in(exactly like I wanted it) he even held it for a week while I recovered from surgery. I came in last week with issues on my existing Tacoma. It was a certified used vehicle that I originally bought from Acton Toyota a few years back. I was happy with the truck but I no longer wanted to put more money into the truck while still making payments. Jim Piazas went the "extra mile" for me to not only get me a great deal on a new Tacoma, but to also get me a great deal on my trade-in. It's that kind of service that will keep me coming back! Excellent Service,they did all that was required to make the deal happen, Even delivered the car to New York. A very good experience overall. I would definitely buy another car from them.

We had an excellent car buying experience. Both Bob and Frank were very helpful and the transaction was done in record time for us. Bob had promised and second remote key fob and delivered it to us within a few days. We also had a goo experience when we returned for our MA inspection sticker. Your service crew is A1. Thanks again.
