I was very impressed with the uncommon level of service received at the used car annex and from Bob. I have come to expect a painful , grinding process between walking in the door and driving out with a car at every dealership I have visited, but not here. Bob actually helped formulate the entire deal while I was on my lunch and I picked up the car the next day after another quick visit. Support after the sale has been phenomenal couple little things I needed were dealt with like I was a rock star. Bravo guys I will be back!
I went to Bob Morans Used Car Annex in Acton looking for a Solid vehicle. I didn't have a lot of money to spend and never felt looked down on. Neil was wonderful-and I came away with a "sick" (as my Friends have said) Tacoma. Couldn't be happier- and love that the cliche used car dealer didn't apply. Thank you Neil!!
Went to Acton Toyota because the dealership had been around for years under the same ownership and looking thru the website you can see alot of the employees had been there for many years which says something. When I entered the building I was able to look around abit before being asked if I needed help. Chris Doyle was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and got the vehicle I wanted and not the vehicle they wanted to sell me. I was never pressured into buying the extras

After researching in person and on line my son Rick recommended I see Dave Anderson at Acton toyota. The experience I had with Acton Toyota of Littleton was amazing. Never once have I seen a car dealership with a Cafe, and lounge area filled with complimentary food and drink. This made me feel appreciated and important. The amenities at Acton Toyota are similar, if not better than that of any luxury-brand dealership. I have been shopping around for a Toyota Camry for the last few weeks and originally I came to Acton Toyota because they had the best price. I came in around 330 on a Friday and having never been there before, and I was able to complete my purchase and drive my new car away by 630. We have bought cars at other Toyota dealers and have not had very good experiences. When we went to Acton Toyota we were impressed with Byron Loudon he was pleasant and answered all our questions without being pushy. We felt that this dealership was actually working with us and that they wanted us to be happy with our car.
