Stephen was very helpful throughout the sales process; he answered all questions using multiple mediums (phone & email), we never felt pressured and were given plenty of time to make our decision. Stephen was very helpful working on the price of the vehicle and presenting options for lowering the cost. Once a particular color combination was decided, Stephen and the team were able to locate and deliver the vehicle to Acton within 48hrs. There were no issues with final delivery and pickup.

Byron has sold us 2 cars now. A sienna about 1 yr ago and a new Prius just the other day. I made sure to reach out to Byron when I bought the Prius because he was such a pleasure to deal with when we got the sienna. Negotiation was honest, fair, and simple. John was friendly, open, not intimidating and very helpful. He took time to listen, answer all questions and understand our vehicle situation. John explained our car features and set up our phone and first service. John made sure we were aware of all our Toyota benefits. Just leased a Highlander with Steve's assistance. We had checked out several other brands and dealerships and by far Steve was the best car salesperson we ran into. His knowledge, approach to determine the best car, and overall professionalism is the main reason we wound up with a Toyota product.
