I dealt with Tom after submitting a request thru Consumer Reports. I got a prompt response with specifics, which I did not receive from other dealers. I already knew pretty much what I wanted and the buying process was painless. I got a good price without the hassles and Tom was very helpful from beginning to end.
From the first contact, everything went superbly. It had been a long time since we had been in a dealership, and initially we felt intimidated. It was a joy to buy a car from Acton Toyota and John Bernard was a huge part of the reason why. He was knowledgeable, attentive and very low pressure. His friendly attitude in addition to the great atmosphere at Acton was a winning combination that I gladly drove out of my way for. I will return to them for service visits for the same reason, they really are a pleasure to work with.
I drove to Acton Toyota after leaving Ira Toyota of Tewksbury in complete frustration. I was greeted at the front desk and promptly assigned to Chris Johnson. I told him my story (trading in a 2008 Highlander with 150k miles - coming off lease) and my desire to look at a used Venza. All around great experience here. Not pushy what so ever and everyone I worked with was very patient. First place I looked and last. Ended up buying a used Mazda3 here, very happy with the price and the process of buying the car. Told them what I was looking for and they found it for me. A few people I know got their cars from here and they spoke highly of them and now I will deffianly do the same! Great dealership with awesome workers and quality products.
We wanted to get a Prius in Boston but only had a 48-hour time frame to do so. Neil was incredibly responsive, attentive, informative, and flexible, and we were able to pick up our ideal used Prius on the 2nd day.
