Scott was so friendly and helpful! He took the time to answer any and all of my questions (even the ones I was embarrassed to ask because I know nothing about cars!) and he did so with a smile and a great attitude. I was nervous about trading in my car and getting a good deal, but I felt completely taken care of and reassured as soon as we started talking, and I know I got the best deal possible. Scott made the whole process painless and fun!

I bought my Scion from Acton Toyota six years ago. I have never had a need to go back to the dealership until today. I was in desperate need of my six year old bill of sale and another document in order to register my car in Mass. Neil O'Leary was very patient while I slowly took my time and looked at used cars over the past four months. I don't make swift decisions. When I saw a car that peaked my interest, I finally went for a test drive and loved this used car. Neil was easy to work with and so voila I purchased a used Avalon. The experience I had at Acton Toyota was exceptional. Tom, in particular was extremely professional and easy to work with. I had already visited at least 6 dealers and done extensive on-line research prior to my puchase. I was in no mood for the fast talk, let me speak to my manager thing. He did not do that. My visit to the dealership was mainly to get out of a gas guzzler that I currently own. I came willing to look at new or used vehicles. I expected that like many dealerships, this one would push me towards something that would benefit them more than it would me. I used Consumer Reports (CR) internet bid process and Acton Toyota followed CR the agreement as it is intended. A lower bid by a competing dealership was clearly using the CR process to execute a bait and switch interaction. Acton Toyota bid a fair price and followed it with a no hassle approach. Excellent communication along the way. I would definitely use CR and Acton Toyota again for a new car purchase.

I was on my way home from work rushing to coach my 12 year old baseball team and my truck (Tundra) just about died a mile away from the shop. I rushed in and Brian met me right away. I explained my predicament, he got my truck right in and had it looked at. Turns out my air pump injection system failed due to water. We had a stress free internet shopping experience with Shawn Gormley. CUSTOMER SERVICE: promptly answered all emails, even an email after we had picked up our new Highlander Hybrid. Was patient when we were still in our final decision-making phase. Followed through on working with our car insurance company. From the time I first walked through the door until I left with my new Prius, my experience with this dealership was outstanding. John Bohr, my sales rep, was such a pleasure to work with. He clearly answered all my questions and never resorted to high pressure sales tactics that I've experienced at other dealerships. I would highly recommend John and this dealership to anyone in the market for a car.
