Acton Toyota makes purchasing a new car a pleasant experience. I appreciate the fact that they do not high-pressure customers into making purchases, and this good experience with them is why we have returned 3x for new car purchases.

Just bought a new Sienna with Ken Hsu. This was a very stress free and transparent transaction. Ken was extremely helpful and responsive both on e-mail and via phone. He worked closely and patiently with us. We highly recommend him and Acton Toyota.

I was looking to lease a new car and was happily pleased to have come to Acton Toyota on the day Scott Doherty was working. He was accomodating and friendly and very thorough with showing me the difference between lease and purchase. I test drove some vehicles (I wanted to switch from sedan to SUV) and in the end decided to lease a 2012 Rav 4. I was never hassled or pushed in to a sale which made me feel much more comfortable. After having a horrendous experience at Boch Toyota in Norwood, it was nice to get a salesman who is honest. Boch had quoted me a price for a 2012 Toyota Corolla online and would not honor the quote when I went to test drive the car. Coincidently, a relative was buying a car from Steve Jensen of Toyota of Littleton, who indicated from the start that Boch would not be able to match the deal. I think Acton Toyota is the best dealership that I have ever shopped at. You could actually eat off the floor of the service bays. The first thing I look at when I visit a car dealership is the service department. If it is exceptionally clean and uncluttered then they really care about their customers. This is the second car we have purchased through John Bohr at Acton Toyota and both times were a real pleasure. John was very responsive to our needs and even made the buying process fun. There was no pressure to buy which was definitely the best way to handle us. Overall we have been extremely pleased with our relationship with Acton Toyota and certainly plan on continuing to rely on them for all our car needs.

We purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius and a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Acton Toyota. My husband purchased the Sienna for me as a surprise holiday gift. Gregg McHugh worked tirelessly with my husband from beginning to end to make the purchasing experience an enjoyable one.
