I found Acton Toyota through the Geico Car Purchasing Program after my car was totaled in an accident. Scott was great to work with and made the whole purchase process a easy. He was very informative and personable. I think I felt the most at home with him because he was a lot closer to my age than most of the folks I talked to at other dealerships. I found Acton Toyota through the USAA Car Buying Service. This is the first time I ever used such a service, but I would definitely do so again. Scott Doherty of Acton contacted me less than an hour after I submitted my request, and he included a price quotation which turned out to be $750 less than the best that a local dealer could do. This is the second car I have purchased from Acton Toyota. Recently, I purchased a new Corolla from Keng. This was an easy and smooth transaction. Keng took care of the details and I did not have to waste my time. I got a good car at a good price with an overall pleasant experience dealing with Keng.I would highly recommend Acton Toyota. I purchased a 2011 Corolla at Acton Toyota, and couldn't be happier! Although I closed the deal with someone else, Ken Hsu was my initial contact and I was most impressed with his professional service. Ken was friendly, patient, and reliable. I felt safe, not rushed, and confident that I was getting the best deal possible. I visited two other Toyota dealerships that were much closer to where I live, but driving out to Acton was DEFINITELY worth it, for the selection and for the people. I highly recommend this dealer.

My husband and I went to the dealership to trade in my Subaru and buy a Prius. The Subaru was great, but I wanted better gas mileage. Steve was very helpful and told us about all the great features of the Prius. They offered us a great trade-in price for our Subaru. The only drawback was that they only had two in stock and both were the same color...and not a color I wanted. Acton Toyota is one of the very few dealers who knows how to RESPECT your customer. Travis did a fantastic job from finding the right car for me and making sure the overall package had everything met to my expectations. He made extra effort to accommodate my previous vehicle return to another dealer and gave me a rental until the new car was ready. I would highly recommend buying a car from Travis. Before going to Acton Toyota, I went to two other dealerships, trying to find the best price for a Toyota Sienna. When I called Acton Toyota, Travis happened to be the person who accepted my call. He was very helpful over the phone, and therefore we decided to go to the dealership to have our car appraised, as well as to price out the Sienna.
