I recently purchased a used Highlander from Acton Toyota. Steve Augusta was our sales person. This was the smoothest, most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Steve was very patient with us as we "kicked a lot of tires" over a 2 week period. We never felt pressured, and felt that we were given a very fair price.
Jim did a great Job. He explained everything to me in detail and was very pleasant. He was recommended to me from Rich Sartori and I could not be happier!! Thank you Jim!!!
My experience at Acton Toyota with Shawn Gormley was a pleasure. There were no high pressure sales tactics at all. Shawn patiently helped me decide on the vehicle and the options that were right for me. The pricing structure was also extremely transparent. About as smooth an experience as one could expect in buying a new vehicle.
Great experience. John was friendly and extremely accommodating. The process was far easier than anticipated. John went out of his way to assist us, even coming in on his day off to help us close the deal. He was patient and understanding as we juggled between getting a new car and keeping our 2 year old happy! We would definitely recommend John and the dealership.

I was contacted by Scott after leaving a "might be interested" message with the dealership via email a month or two ago. Scott was extremely patient, tossing me information, but never being any more forward than that. Then Saturday I made my decision and now was the time to leap.
