I found this dealer offering the lowest price on the truecar.com. They gladly agreed to honor the price I got from the website, and gave me a straight forward number of OTD price, which is also low. My local dealer cannot match their price but they are too far from me and I decided to buy local. The salesman who helped me, Ken Hsu, a nice and frank Taiwanese, is quite good at assisting distant buyers. (He also speak fluent Chinese). Excellent experience from the first phone call. I felt like I was Wellington's only Customer and he was working to ensure I would get the best possible treatment, car and deal. In addition to Wellington, everyone I met was very positive and Customer focused. The best car buying experience I ever had.
This was my second new vehicle purchase from this dealership. With internet prices easy to obtain from various sources, the selling price of the and the trade-in offer was about what I expected them to be. WE went there with a check engine light. The code that WE went there with a check engine light. The code that was given to us was bad and it would have cost 3600 to repair. What I needed was an over all report of how diagnostic was done, how did the pin point that the problem was what they said it was. also, the diagnostics is 99$. I can get that 80$ gadget and do it myself. What is the 99$ for? I need to see a full diagnostic report. There is a lot of critical data that goes on with a engine code. Kanwaldeep, I have left messages for you on the phone numbers we have for you in the system. The diagnosis of your issue is accomplished by first attaching our scan tool to the engine computer and reading a fault code. We know the fault code is present as the yellow mil light is on. The $80.00 gadget you describe will pull the same code and tell you which system has failed too. This is where the similarities of the $80.00 dollar tool and our $6,000 Scan tool end. My son, Bruce purchased 3 cars from Shawn Gormley and recommended I talk with Shawn. I did ask for Shawn when I first went to Acton Toyota and after meeting him and talking with him, felt very comfortable as he answered my questions and explained my options. I am writing this review as someone who was not very "excited" about having to purchase a new vehicle. However, Acton Toyota of Littleton and Jim Sullivan in particular were highly recommended so I decided to take the first step and visit the dealership. I had purchased a vehicle previously and now I went back to purchase another one.Also i had recommended my sister inwhich she also purchased her vehicle from Acton Toyota. This was one of the more pleasant dealership I have ever been to. I have traveled around looking for a MX-5 Mazda for my wife, its been her dream to have a sports car, I have seen a lot of good ones and probably would have bought one , but the saleman were real jerks, I don't ask from anyone to kiss my a... but would like to be respected. I cannot say enough good things about Acton Toyota of Littleton and John Bernard, the sales representative I dealt with. I was treated professionally and politely every step of the way while leasing my new Camry. (great car by the way). After I took the car home, someone in the parking lot at my apartment complex nicked the side of it while backing out took some paint off.
