My wife and I traded in our mini-van for a new Toyota Rav4. The whole process was great as we never felt pressured and all our questions were answered in a timely fashion. Scott Doherty was able to answer most of my questions via email. Once we were ready to buy we didn't have to spend all day negotiating like you have to do at some dealerships.

From the moment we arrived, Bob met us and provided knowledgeable and great service. He explained which cars would meet our needs. He set us up to take multiple cars for test drives. He answered questions about the different cars as we were new to SUVs and all the options especially those on the Honda CR V EX. My experience with both Bob Gaudet and the finance manager at Bob Moran's Used Car Annex was tremendous. Bob was not only prompt, professional and curteous, but he also extended a genuinely warm hand and treated both myself and my wife as friends throughout the purchase process. While we're set for cars for the time-being, we will keep Bob Moran's Used Car Annex and especially Bob Gaudet at the top of the list for our next purchase.

The service representitive was waiting in the drop off area with a smile and accurately described the service, time, and cost. The repair work was performed on time and at estimated cost.

I cannot express adequately how much I appreciate dealing with Acton Toyota. *Excellent* service, amazing perks (wi-fi room, complimentary breakfast/light lunch, call on cell phone when work is finished), good humor and personableness from service reps, and no-charge service for a bumper buffing to remove rubber from a minor collision. I am so pleased, and friends cannot believe my tales of car service.

They go the "extra mile." Love the opportunity to take advantage of a free rental for the day. This makes it soooo easy for our family. My children look forward to coming there for the donuts. Such a little thing...makes a big deal for my ability to get there and have a smooth and fun morning for my kids. The little conveniences make all of the difference. I had been shopping around for a new Toyota Sienna and couldn't find what I was looking for in the price range I wanted to spend. I contacted Acton Toyota on the internet and Tomas was extremely helpful in finding me exactly what I was looking for (and more)at a GREAT price too! There was no reason to even try to haggle the price he gave us a great deal. I couldn't be happier with the Dealership, our salesperson, Tomas Revetria, and the whole staff were so friendly. I worked with Scott Doherty and Shawn Gormley in the Internet Sales division of Acton Toyota of Littleton on the purchase of my 2011 Toyota Tacoma pickup. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Everyone was so nice and helpful and really tried everything they could to get me in my car quickly and with the best possible deal.
