Vey friendly, non aggressive sales they have at Acton Toyota. I bought a car through the six years ago and after looking with my wife at atleast twenty dealerships, we came back to Acton Toyota.

I have used this dealership for a couple of years and each time I go there it gets better and better. I always feel the SERVICE department is more important then SALES. The people I have worked with are a constant at Acton Toyota which is important to me and they know me by my name which is not a bad thing! With Free internet, a paper, coffee and pastry, the visit is not bad at all. If all you want to do is sit and watch TV you can do that as well. Great waiting room! The work space allowed me to set up my laptop and continue to work almost as if I were still in my office. This makes the wait alot more palatable.

We were in search of a prius and looking to trade our Ford Explorer. Most dealers were unwilling to work at all with us with our trade and since there was such a demand for the prius, it was a "take it or leave it" atmosphere. I went to many dealerships seeking a used certified vehicle over the past few months with specific specs. It seemed no matter where I went, although I clearly stated my price range, that I wanted a V6 midsize car or SUV with low mileage, a ‘good ride’, 2007 or younger and leather interior, I was shown stock that was not within the parameters of my requests. Great service experience. Everyone was so courteous and pleasant, lounge is great (loved the wireless connection), delicious complimentary drinks and lunch, service completed faster than expected, and best of all, my car was fixed. Really, this was a pleasure.

Since I was already an educated buyer there were three areas of customer service needed for a successful purchase. Price negotiation, financing, and delivery.
