I have been taking my 1999 Avalon to Acton Toyota for regular service since purchasing the car from them. No matter what I need - routine service, tires, major service, or check engine light being on - they always do a fantastic job! The facility and amenities available while you wait are excellent. I can't imagine going anywhere else, and know I will go to them when the time comes to replace my car.

I went to Acton Toyota to purchase my first car, an extremely daunting and rather stressful task, but everyone was extremely helpful and made searching for a new car effortless. They know what the consumer wants and are willing to give it to them. I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Acton Toyota and plan on taking my new car there for future maintenance needs. I would recommend taking a look at Acton Toyota, or their used car annex, to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

There are two things that I like the least in life, funerals and buying cars from dealers. I contacted Doug Shepard via email and worked with him on info gathering and price negotiation for the Toyota Tacoma I recently purchased. When I have to buy a vehicle I usually work with three dealers and do business with the one that provides the best price and all around responsiveness. The sales and finance individuals above were very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. It made the sales process a very enjoyable experience. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction and done in a professional way. I would not hesitate to recommend Acton Toyota to my friends and relatives.

We have purchased two cars at Acton Toyota. A 1996 Camry and a 2003 Camry. They are still with us and operating nicely. We service them exclusively at Acton Toyota. This is one fine dealership, both sales and service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Service has been a pleasure. They do what is needed. They know when something we don't suspect needs attention. The Toyota dealership, now in Littleton, has the best customer service setup I have ever experienced. Here are some of the reasons I say that: 1. No appointments necessary. 2. Upon arriving, immediately drive inside into a clean, bright area, where you are met and escorted to the check-in area. 3. There are 8 service reps, each in a spacious well-lighted open office, and the wait time is very short. 4. I didn't really expect to be buying another car so fast, but my road and two-wheel-drive just don't mix in the winter. I had a pretty specific list of what I wanted (and options I did NOT want) and acceptable colors. It took a little time (but not longer than expected), but Travis found me the AWD Sienna equipped just how I wanted it, at a great price and a very fair trade-in. No hassles, no bull, just another easy straight-forward deal. Acton Toyota of Littleton's customer service is the best!

I was looking for a used Prius in a particular color with low mileage. Scott found it for me several months after I first went in and called me. The car was beautifully clean inside and seems to be in excellent shape mechanically. Everything went very smoothly, with the exception of some nicks and scratches that were supposed to be fixed and were not. Over all, everyone was very helpful.

Couldn't be happier with our new car purchase from Tom Downing and Acton Toyota. After an internet inquiry for a specific model with options, the car was on the lot and priced aggressivly, no games. My wife and I came up the next day, test drove the car, and met with Tom. He wanted to know our questions and concerns, answered everything.
