Our salesperson, Jerry, greeted us warmly, made sure we were comfortable, and proceeded to describe the vaious choices we would be making. Acton Toyota was a great dealership for me. From the time I walked in the door the people were friendly and the show room was very comfortable. Steve Jensen was my salesperson and he was incredibly knowledgeable. He did not try to push me into making a decision about buying a car but once I knew what I wanted, he worked very hard to find the right color in the right price range. He also spent a lot of time showing me all of the features of the Matrix when it was delivered. I would definitely buy my next car from Steve.

Upon my visit to Acton/Littleton Toyota (Annex), looking for a small car, I had a stressless experience in test driving, and ultimately buying my 2009 Ford Focus. Scott Doherty was an amazing salesman. After dealing with other Toyota dealerships, and being lied to repeatedly, he gave me the honesty and friendliness that made me want to lease my 2011 Rav4! I love the car. I was debating between a truck or an SUV and with Scott's reccomendations I got something perfect for me, weel within my price range.

My husband and I went to Acton Toyota that morning with the intention to buy a second car (used) because we desperately needed one. We were introduced to Steve and once he said Toyota was offering 0% financing on new Toyota's we were locked in. 2.5 hours later we had test driven a 2011 Camry, with the color and options we wanted, gone through financing and had agreed we would be picking our NEW CAR up the next day. So, why would someone from Connecticut buy a car in Massachusetts? When you get the absolutely lowest price (without haggling), unbelievable customer service, and free delivery (and help with registration) back in Connecticut. I got all that -- and even a box of Girl Scout cookies from Acton. Worked with Scott Doherty who was terrific. He was friendly and up front and very quick to respond. I recently purchased a new 2011 4Runner. Bob Rabb was my sales representative and he was outstanding. My experience with Bob and with Acton Toyota has been superb thus far. Bob's approach is what I would categorize as consultative selling rather than high pressure sales. His casual and very professional approach was the key factor in earning my business. I always have brought my 1999 Avalon, which I purchased from Acton Toyota, to Acton Toyota for service. The great service has been a constant throughout the years, and the new facility and amenities fit perfectly with your great staff! We purchased our 2003 Highlander there as well and the same praise applies to our experience from the sales process through the service recived through the years. I can't imagine a better dealership!
