My experience began with an online quote from Ben Koller for a new Prius. I found Ben to be very responsive and he came back with a very competitive price for the car. The follow up and test drive was done by Ke Hsu, who was equally professional and knowledgeable about the car and all the features. Firstly, the actual building is amazing.. They have a free coffee/juice bar while you shop as well as a cantina where you can get a light lunch (free) as well and/or if you're waiting for your car to be serviced. A very nice touch. It was a good experience. The salesperson and others at the dealership were easy to deal with. I feel that I got a good price on the vehicle without having to do a lot of haggling. The service that was provided of delivering the car to Connecticut was a very nice touch.
This was the easiest and fastest car purchase I have ever made. Tom was great! He made me and my family feel so welcomed and comfortable. There was no typical salesmen pressure. Acton Toyota has absolutely first class customer service. It is by far above and beyond any other I know about it. It exceeds any expectation I would have for car maintenance service. Gold standard. Upon arriving, it is obvious where you need to go, you get escorted to someone who will promptly help you, the waiting room has wifi, they keep you well informed, and do good work.
I recently purchased a 2011 Camry Hybrid from Acton Toyota. My sales person was Tom Downing. There was no pressure to buy a car. They were more than helpful to try out any car before making a decision. It was a no pressure, here's a great deal, take it or leave it, type sale. I recommend Action Toyota and Tom Downing for anyone looking for a new Toyota.
A year ago, I purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla at Acton Toyota of Littleton, MA. I was extremely happy with the service (over and above what I thought I would experience).
