I have purchased two cars through the dealerships Internet Sales team. They were helpful and responsive without being pushy. They helped me evaluate the cars and explained the purchase process in a way that let me buy at my pace. Last, and equally important I got a reasonable price. The dealer service is also very accommodating.

We went to the dealer having researched their stock on-line so had a good idea of what was available and what we wanted. Although the size of the place was intimidating, the moment we walked through the door we were met with a smile and immediately passed to someone who could help. Steve Jenson is a great guy. As a 23 year old young professional woman, who drives into Boston everyday, Steve knew what I needed and made it easy for me to get. I met Steve when my boyfriend purchased his car from Acton Toyota a year ago. I love my 2010 Coralla Sport and will always remember the ease and fun I had purchasing it with Steve at Acton Toyota.

Buying a car can cause enough anxiety in these economic times, the last thing consumers need is a pushy salesman. At Bob Moran's Used Car Annex of Acton, there wasn't any of that. Bob Gaudet saw to my needs and broke things down in a very reasonable and economical way, never pushy. While it might be a few years before I make another purchase, Bob would be one of the first people I call for a new vehicle in the future. Gregg made my experence at the dealership outstanding. He had a very upbeat attitude which made the experience enjoyable. I had received an on-line quote from Gregg. When I arrived at the dealership, I showed him the quote and we went right to business. I did not have to some more time than needed to get the deal done.

I am writing this review because I have not so good experience 2 times in last one year for my vehicle purchase. I have purchased my first vehicle in 2001 and then another one for my relative in 2008 from them and they were positive experience. I had not so good experience last two times after they moved to Littleton. Last time I went in Sept 2009 for my Rav4 purchase with third row seat and at that time they were hard to find and they seemed less interested in finding one for me. At the age of 52, this is my first new car. As a woman,you hear all the horror stories about how women get taken advantage of for their lack of knowledge on vehicles so I was nervous going in. Steve Jensen took alot of time with me. He was so informative, explaining every little detail about the car. He made me feel so comfortable and was so easy to talk to. I have bought many cars and been to many dealerships in my life... but these guys by far exceed anything you can conceive. They absolutely change the way you've ever thought of a "car salesmen" or the experience of buying a car. I felt like I was among friends, not animals preying on me... which has almost always been my experience at a dealership. I didn't spend anytime waiting around, but they made me feel like I wanted too, it's so clean, awesome coffee (and I'm from the West Coast, a coffee snob) Wifi room, kids room etc... read more

I just want to really say one thing about my experience at Acton Toyota, unbelieveable. I always thought going into a dealership was gonna be long and the people were unhappy, not here. The customer service was great, Shawn and Ben were on top of everything and above all, very happy. I told them exactly what I wanted and they delivered.
