I knew exactly what I wanted in my new car. No other dealership could find it for me. Jim Piazas found it in 5 hours!! It was in their dealership the next day! I honestly will not buy another car anywhere else. This was the easiest, most pleasant transaction I could have had. The dealership itself is clean, comfortable and inviting, with a great cafe, and terrific customer service.

I had the best experience at Acton Toyota and with my sales person, Tomas Revetria that I have ever had at any auto dealer in the past. Everyone who I came in contact with was outstanding! All my questions were answered completely and I always had the feeling I was being treated fairly. In my opinion Acton Toyota sets the standard of what an auto dealer should be.

Working with Acton Toyota of Littleton was a fabulous experience. Scott Doherty was personable, prompt, professional and committed to his job....he came in to close this deal on his day off and met every detail over a brief 2 day window. I was made to feel comfortable and not pressured while in the Dealership, and that is not something that I've every experienced at other dealers. I would strongly recommend the Dealership and Scott to anyone that was entertaining a new or used car. First rate establishment!!

I was looking for a used Lexus. Their listing on vehix.com included the Carfax history, and their price was on the money for a clean car according to Consumer Reports. Leo discussed the car with me during the initial phone call, and even mentioned a couple of dings on the rear bumper. It was still worth my while to make the trip, and he had the most recent maintenance record ready my review. The reason I gave this rating is because of the professionalism and knowledge of inforamtion that was provided to me. I did not feel pressured in any way. I also got a really good feeling right off the top that this dealership was upfront and honest and I felt confident that I would not be sold a car that was not up to snuff.

Scott took over for another salesperson and did so willingly even knowing that he would not receive the full commission. We knew what kind of used car we wanted, and he spent considerable time with us showing us the possible models and coming with us to test drive the models. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction, and we had lots. When he didn't know the answer, he immediately found someone who did. I used this dealership because of dealerrater.com user inputs and the fast internet quote (great price for 2010 Toyota Venza V6 AWD) from Acton Toyota. The experience was great! It's been just about 2 years now since we bought our RAV 4 from Acton Toyota. We were actively looking for a small SUV and we had just come from a bad experience dealership in the area. Scott was great! He was fast and on the ball, but not a pressuring fast. He listened to our needs, worked within our limits and we got what we wanted. Love the efficiency he displayed doing his job. Totally seamless from start to finish. We were in our cars with so little work on our part. I can't believe it was so easy.
