My wife and I have bought a 2010 Camry from John last June and when we were looking for a second car to take to Florida this winter it was John we came to see. His unsurpassed service and customer satisfaction is VERY rare these days. We have taken the new car to N.Y. two days after it was picked up and when we came back, there was a message on our answering machine from John to inquire if we were totally satisfied.GREAT JOB, JOHN. Who ever thought car buying could be a pleasant experience ? Friendly, knowlegible, helpful and not at all pushy. I traveled 200 miles to buy the car I wanted and I will do it againin the future because of the excellent service from the staff at this dealership.

I have never felt so satisfied walking away from a sale. Acton toyota of Littleton has the best employees working for them. I had the pleasure of working with Gregg McHugh as my dealer, and I will never go to anyone else. This was my first experience purchasing a new car, and Gregg was patient and knowlegable. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Acton Toyota. I purchased a used Rav4 in March and was treated with respect and feel they were glad to have me as a customer even though I was purchasing a used vehicle. I went to another local dealer looking at Rav4's and they showed me an over priced vehicle with burn holes in the seat, the door would not close properly because of an accident and the outside of the vehicle had been keyed. I found every aspect of my experience with Acton Toyota to be outstanding. One and a half years ago I emailed the dealership and Tom Downing responded. For me it wasn't the time to buy. Last week I walked into the dealership based on my experience with Tom, and I through him I found my car. He was excellent. I had a great experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton. John was easy to deal with. There was no nonsense and I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. John even lent me a pair of glasses to read the fine print!

Acton (Littleton) Toyota: Great service! Even though it was a very busy morning I felt as if I was the most important customer in the service department. The way the group treats customers is excellent. I really appreciated the cold bottle of water left for me when I retrieved my car - it was a very thoughtful and unexpected gesture.

When one typically goes car shopping, it's like preparing for battle, but not at Acton Toyota of Littleton -- I'm still amazed at how easy, straightforward, and pleasant our experience was. We came to Acton Toyota looking for a lightly used Sienna minivan. Travis McCarthy was very patient and friendly while we looked at several pre-owned vehicles.
