I was very pleased to be able to lease my 2010 Corolla from Acton Toyota. Since I live in CT and work at varying hours, I was so happy to be able to do everything via internet and phone. They even drove the car down to CT so I never had to drive up to MA! It was wonderful, fast and easy. Everyone I dealt with from Greg McHugh, the sales person, to the drivers were so nice and helpful. I look forward to working with Acton Toyota in the future.

I have purchased two Toyotas here and the sales experience was delightfully non-pressured. The salespeople were smart, matter-of-fact, and very oriented to meeting our needs. But where this dealerships stands out even more is in the Service Department. I have owned cars for 45 years and have visited a lot of service departments - nothing compares to the efficiency, effectiveness, and competence of this shop. We bought our Toyota Sienna in Vermont where we live, but always have our car serviced at Acton Toyota in Mass. just because their service is so much better than our local dealer in VT. It is a state of the art facility, but more importantly, the attitude of the entire staff is so positive,enthusiastic ready to please. It is a refreshing experience.

No hassle, no pressure. Just as relaxing as possible, for a new car purchase. John Bernard took lots of time to show me the vehicles and was quite knowledgeable. He was also patient with my buying process, as I was waiting on an insurance settlement from my previous vehicle. Joe the finance manager was also quite easy to deal with. I would recommend this dealship.

I started going to Acton Toyota when I heard that they had free breakfast/lunch when you wait for your car. I know it is a silly reason to start going somewhere, but a reason is a reason. Since then, I have not looked back. Scheduling service is really easy online, the rewards points that they use is a fairly worth-while system and their employees are all very friendly. I typically never have to wait more than an hour for an oil change (plenty of time to eat my breakfast) and check my emails for work (via the free WiFi). I j... read more

i had scheduled routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. while truuck was in the shop for this work, they discovered my truck had an open recall for gas pedal modification. they performed that work as well. i was very impressed that they took the time to check for recall and performed the work promptly that same day; especially since it was only scheduled routine maintenance. thank you acton toyota..yet another great experience.

Acton Toyota (John Bernard and several management folks) handled a difficult situation with speed and professionalism. My car had been rear-ended and totaled just days earlier. As a resident of South Carolina, it became clear that final registration of a new car could only be accomplished in person, so it became necessary to get the proper documentation needed to drive it down there from Massachusetts. Acton Toyota handled the situation efficiently and I was able to get back home ob schedule. Thanks!!

Acton Toyota is excellent. The service center is clean and comfortable. They provide a wonderful waiting area where I can use their wireless network to work until my repairs are complete. The service is always excellent. The few times that my car has needed repair the work was done quickly and the issue was resolved. All of the people at Acton Toyota are friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very competent and efficient - excellent knowledge of product; prompt response to questions; did not pressure to upgrade or load up on options, but suggested those that would be most desireable, including color, interior features and model of SCION. Recognized that I knew what I wanted, and did not try to add other features or change model.
