Acton Toyota has brought the new car buying experience to a new level of excellence. The cafetaria and complementary drinks are a real plus when trying to shop with young children. The salesperson Juliana Moreira was excellent. She was very professional, friendly and very honest. This is the 6th new car (4th Toyota)I have purchased (1 Honda, 3 Toyota's, and 1 Chrysler) and by far the most enjoyable purchase experience. Juliana is the nicest car salesperson I have ever dealt with.

Enjoyed meeting and working with Jim Piazas. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and I will definitely refer people to him as the occasion arises. This is my second vehicle from Acton Toyota and I have 10 years experience with both sales and service. Returning for another vehicle says it all!

I purchased a used 2006 Lincoln last week at Acton Toyota, and had to visit Acton Lincoln-Mercury for some electronic codes work. The difference between the two dealerships was very striking. The Lincoln dealership was like a "Chinese Fire Drill," and I was very disatisfied. Acton Toyota, on the other hand, was superb. We couldn't be happier with Acton Toyota and Dave Anderson. We are always treated very well and we know we are getting the best deal. When the rear window of our Prius was damaged on a Sunday morning in Boston, we knew the only ones who would help us out was Acton Toyota. They took our car in for repair and gave us a loaner. We just purchased two vehicles from Acton Toyota of Littleton. Our sales person was Shawn Gormley. Shawn was the first person to respond to my email request for a quote on the cars I was researching. I requested a test drive and Shawn rescheduled his day off to to meet us the next morning for a test drive.
