I have been a customer of Acton Toyota since I purchased my 2000 RAV. In that time I have had no problems with either the people that work there, the service or the completed work. On my last inspection and oil change, the technician noticed that my brakes were dangerously bad, although this was an expensive fix, I left it there for the repairs, which were done in just a few hours. I brought my wife’s 2000 Solara and then my 2003 Rav4 to Acton Toyota for routine (5000 mile) service and state inspection and must say that it was most pleasant experience that I’ve had in 7 years of going to a Toyota dealership for service... We decided to purchase from Acton Toyota largely on the excellent relationship established with John Bernard. He was personable, professional and very comfortable to deal with. He quickly found answers to our questions and helped us choose the right Prius...at a time when the news about Prius wasn't entirely positive. Tomas was wonderful. our overall experience was excellent. The service area was clean and well maintained. the children's room was perfect for our 16month old. When a problem came up Tomas and the management did everything in their means to corrected it. Our biggest regret is the dealership is too far from our house for service.
