I have had my first experience with the service department... making the appointment was easy and was at my convenience... the initial sign in took less than five minutes.. and the car was ready on time... the sign out was also less than 5 minutes... and i was even able ot use my points... to save some money... the lunch voucher was also a nice touch... Garrett Greene is a top notch representative. Adds value to the buying process with deep product knowledge,a keen sense of how to determine customers need, and attention to the details that make the process easy. Really enjoy working with Garrett. Service department is easy to work with, but since the car is brand new I have not really had enough experience to offer an opinion Coffee and donuts, the waiting area, showroom, etc is really superior

Extremely wonderful new car buying experience. I have purchased many new cars and I would say that this was the most memorable one. There was no high pressure, which was appreciated with the enconomy we are presently dealing with. Tom & Ben were great! Ask them anything and even if they actually didn't know the answer, the would get it for you. No question was taken as a dumb one. I learned alot about my car and I am now enjoying driving it.

By far, the best used car buying experience I have ever had. When we entered the sales floor and approached Steve Augusta, we were in a bit of a state of shock, after just discovering that our previous vehicle had a serious corrosion problem. We were totally unprepared for the thought of buying yet another vehicle, but Steve, and everyone at Acton Toyota, made the process easy smooth and easy enough that I was able to make a rational decision about their stock of used SUVs. Leo Allgaier is an outstanding salesman without being a typical "salesman". He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. My overall experience was a great one and I would happily recommend Acton Toyota/Leo Allgaier to any of my friends in the future.

I had an issue regarding Michelm tires which came with my new auto. With the help of John Bernard and Randy Irwin my issue was resloved to my complete satisfaction.I was introduced to Randy and arranged to call to set up an appointment. I called several days later and met with Randy at the appointed time. Within a short period of time my issue was resloved and I was on my way. Thanks to John and Randy for your help.
