Best experience ever! It was time to replace the 5 year old Sienna with something new and the 2010 RAV4 fitted the bill. Buying a new vehicle is usually a painful experience. Not this time. Steve was efficient, friendly, and supportive! We will be back again.

I actually enjoy taking my car in for service, because they have comfortable waiting areas, and give you a coupon for free breakfast or lunch in their cafeteria. I hadn't taken advantage of the coupon until this morning, when I had a surprisingly delicious egg and cheese sandwich while I waited for my car to be ready. They also serve complimentary Starbucks coffee, juice, water, and donuts. I can not commend Acton toyota of Littleton enough on their suburb service and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient sales and service staff. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius from Norm Wagner in Lancaster MA under the pretense of free oil and filter changes for life. Upon my first oil change I learned it was not just a free oil change I had to pay for the 5000 maintenance to get the oil change, which by the 15k check up was $130.
