My experience with Chris was professional, friendly and I would recommend him to friends. On the business side I dealt with Joe Tosi and thought I had an appointment at 6:30 to finish signing required paperwork. When I arrived he was with customers and I understand that customers might show up, buy a car and want to complete the sale. By 7 he was still with same customers and I was told that. service has been exceptional every time (i've had my car serviced 9 times). fast, friendly, efficient. i've been able to drop my car off as early as 6:30am. prices are reasonable and have always been approximated ahead of time. i've never had to bring the car back - all problems have been fixed with one visit.
I was extemely pleased with how Acton Toyota took care of my car. It was at Acton Body Shop for repairs, and the people there scheduled my maintanence service with the Service Center and delivered my car for me so I wouldn't have to drive back and forth to Watertown. When I picked up the car it looked beautiful, and I was pleasantly surprised that the inside had even been cleaned. I was fortunate enough to be able to watch my wife buy a car from Acton Toyota last year. I was impressed by the helpfulness, courtesy and honesty they showed her. I was there as as she went through the whole process from selection to driving away. I went back a year later to the same salesman, Steve Jensen. Made an internet inquiry on new Prius. Quick response. No bait and switch, no hidden fees, what was advertised was exactly what I got! Excellent experience. Selected my color, did the paper work, etc in less than two hours. Picked up my car the next afternoon. Could not have been better! Thanks so much for making my new car experience a pleasure.
Chris gave us specific information in answer to our questions; explained the features of the car clearly, especially those areas which were different from our 2005 Prius; discovered some marks we hadn't noticed and had the front bumper repainted (beautiful job by the way)and in general was just very helpful. I could not be more pleased with the result of this experience. Salesman located the exact car we wanted, trade value was fair, proce of new vehicle could not be matched by other dealerships.
