I was looking for a new car and did not want to shop around by visiting a number of dealers. I wanted to shop online first. I got a lot of responses, but almost all of them needed to speak with me on the phone and refused to quote a price unless I came to their dealership. I have used this dealership for more than 15 years and would never consider going anywhere else although there are 2 dealerships much closer to my house. This one has always been very reliable and, most important, very honest with me. As an older female, I've had instances of being treated as someone who would not understand what was being described concerning services or repairs. Excellent experience. Service advisor came to my car immediately upon my arrival. I waqs seated for less than a minue when a second service advisor called me over to his desk. Went over service paperwork. Received coupon for breakfast. Nice breakfast. Service advisor called me about an hour later informing me the car was all set. Service advisor waiting when I came downstairs to his desk. Went over paperwork. Car was already waiting for me outside. Steve was great! Very helpful and friendly, he was not your typical car salesman. He made us feel very comfortable when buying our Prius and was very knowledgable. We then brought our car in to get fog lights installed and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend working with Acton Toyota.

My service was done in less than 45 minutes, which was terrific. I enjoyed my complimentary breakfast (my co-workers think I'm nuts that I enjoy getting my car serviced), and the bottled water on the seat of my car was a very nice touch. Thank you!

I originally went to this dealership to see a used 2010 Prius and it was 155 miles from my home in Connecticut. I was so impressed with the people at the dealership that I purchased a new 2010 Prius from them even knowing that I would have to make several trips to finalize the deal. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way, starting with the receptionist who after hearing I had traveled three hours to be there went out of her way to check and make sure I was cared for. I did my negotiating online between Acton and another dealership. We bought a 2010 Toyota Corolla and I have an 09 as well. John Bohr and I were communicating back and forth and he was always quick to respond. When we came to an agreed price, I was dreading going to the dealership. i am very impressed with acton toyota. i solicited an on-line quote from several toyota dealers in 2004 for a new toyota tacoma. acton toyota gave me the best quote on a brand new toyota tacoma. i did the same thing again in 2010 and acton toyota again gave me the best value on a trade as well as the lowest quote on a new vehicle, in this case, another tacoma. its customer service is excellent. kudos to the salesman i worked with, mr. steve jensen. he secured my business with acton toyota. My experience with Acton Toyota and Tomas was extremely positive. From my initial visit to the final pickup, I felt like the entire operation was first class. Tomas really gave me the feeling of trust from the first moment. I was prepared to really shop my deal and in the end I think I even paid more than the competitors would have offered because I preferred Acton over the others. I feel very confident referring both Tomas and Acton to my friends and family.
