I leased a new Prius this week from Acton Toyota. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our salesman was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The transaction was completed quickly and when I later changed my mind about an option there was no problem in making the change in the contract. We have purchased cars from Acton Toyota in the past and will continue to do so.

Our salesman was friendly and low pressure. He listened to our "situation" and gave us a series of options that might work for us. In particular he gave a very thorough account of the advantages and disadvantages between buying and leasing a car - in effect the essence of what it means to borrow money an a depreciating asset. We started looking for a new car over the winter. Our son had suggested looking at the Venza and we loved it. We tend to keep our cars for a long time. Our previous car a 1999 Camry also came from Acton Toyota. On our first visit to Acton Toyota of Littleton, we met John Bernard and liked his honestness and willingness to work with us. I would like to thank John B. and Tom for a very positive experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton, MA in relation to the recent new lease I got on a Toyota Rav 4. Of course, the most important issue for me is getting a good deal but beyond that these guys were both very professional and the business over there ran very effiently to get me out the door on the new lease. By far the most direct and easy to negotiate with of the three Toyota dealerships that I contacted. There was a decided absence of high pressure techniques that made the car buying experience a lot less stressful than at other dealers (particularly other Toyota dealers). The list price for used vehicles was lower than for similar used vehicles at other Toyota dealers. My reviews have gone down because of interactions with the financing department. I just leased a brand new 2010 Toyota Rav 4 from Bob. My experience at Acton Toyota was fabulous, I didn't feel pressure to buy anything or get any features I didn't want. I know Toyota has had a lot of complaints recently but I still trust that they are a quality car and quality company. Bob assured me that the gas pedal issue on my car was fixed and that all their cars on lot, had been serviced. I would recommend Acton Toyota.

I actually enjoy coming in for service. I love it when the service door pulls up when I drive up. Someone is jolly on the spot to meet me and send me to the service coordinator. And I get to read in the waiting room. For me, that's like being on vacation. They even have little swing out table tops so you can rest your book, or cup or whatever. There's a WI-FI room and TV, vending machine. It couldn't be much better if they came to your home.

We had requested for an internet price quote from around 10 dealers. John Bohr from Acton Toyota was the first to respond, and he actually responded with a price quote, (We just got welcome emails, initially, from the others). Further followups from John were very minimal. No pestering phone calls or emails. We visited the dealership, and spent around two and a half hours, during which John Bohr, patiently and cheerfully answered most of our questions, and gave us the car for a test drive.
