I (and my wife) have bought 4 vehicles from this dealership so far and have been very pleased with the service and professionalism of all staff that we have had contact with. They go out of their way to ensure you are totally satisfied with sales and service. My wife ran over some debris in the highway one day and they inspected the undercarriage free of charge. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Our experience a Acton Toyota of Littleton was great, stress-free and we got the car we wanted, a RAV4, for a very good price. We went through the internet sales department and handled our negotiations via email so all we had to do was show up to do the final paperwork and we were done! Ken and Scott were a pleasure to work with.

Shawn Gormley is an exemplary salesperson. He was helpful, friendly and fair. At all times, we felt as if he was giving us the facts; there was no high pressure, and he went the extra mile to help us get a good deal on our Prius. We would go back to him for another car in a heartbeat. We were also extremely impressed by Acton Toyota in general. We watched as the service department took in car after car. I had a great experience buying this vehicle did most everything online no more going back and forth salesman to sales manager I did it through e-mail. we arrived at a price for the new highlander and a price on my trade in.came in and signed the papers afterwards.

Acton Toyota is a low hassle and low pressure dealer. I was quoted a very competitive offer for the new vehicle via the internet and received good trade-in value for my old automobile. The dealership was impressive in size and selection, as well as amenities for the buyer. The internet sales associate (Shawn Gormley) was attentive to my needs and offered a pleasurable hassle-free buying experience. If I was in the market for a new Toyota I would not hesitate to return to Acton Toyota.

This is only my second time having my 2008 Highlander This is only my second time having my 2008 Highlander serviced at Acton Toyota. I purchased this car at Ira Toyota in Danvers Massachusetts and have had all service performed at that dealership. The two service visits at Ira's were not acceptable. I visited the dealership on 2/10/10 for my 30k service for my 2008 Prius. In addition to the normal service I had multiple questions about the recent information in the news about the 2010 Prius models. Brian was patient as I went through my few items of concern and explained about the current plan for correction for the 2010 models. I expcted to be there for 2 to 2.5 hours for 30K service and they exceeded my expoectation by having two people service my vehicle and getting me back on the road in 1.5 hours. I came to Toyota to buy a Tacoma. I had gotten a quote on line before I arrived, expecting to just show up, test drive it and buy. When we arrived, Steve was unavailable at the time, so Shawn stepped in and took care of my test drive and answered any questions I had. Shawn's no pressure attitude is how car buying should be.
