Worked with 2 other dealers in the past, this is the best in Eastern Mass with no one a close second! Service department is always freiendly, prompt and tells you in clear language just what they need to do, approximately howe much it will cost and hour long you will need to wait. They offer, through the special program a variety of items, services you can get with the "bonus" points from service spending. Scott Vachon is a great salesman! This is my fifth purchase my family has made with him in the last two years. He is prompt and profesional. I refer all my friends and family to him and they all agree with me. Acton Toyota is wonderful and I am happy to drive the extra distance despite the fact there are other Toyota dealerships that are closer to me. My reason for driving the extra distance, Acton Toyota quality and attentions to details and service surpasses the others (it also helps that their prices are cheaper too!)

I'm alway comfortable about leaving my car for service at Acton Toyota (I forgive them for moving to Littleton). I feel the service managers and technicians will be thorough in checking out the items due for service and noticing any other potential problems. I am very grateful for this since I don't know all these things about the car. This is the third vehicle I have purchased at Acton Toyota, and the first while dealing with Tom Downing. Tom's friendliness and professionalism are exceptional. We were treated very well by all the staff. They have a large stock of cars on the lot. The facility is beautiful. We received a follow-up call by a sales manager after we test-drove a car. Large, clean waiting area with a TV and kids play area. They gave us a great deal on a new Highlander. We highly recommend this dealership.

Service is always friendly, fast, and excellent at Toyota in Littleton. I have complete faith in the company. I had had many leases with the dealership and will continue to do business in the future in Littleton. Toyota is forward thinking and strives for the goals I value. Energy efficiency with my Prius is one important issue I especially like.
