Although this was a small, no-profit type of service, Neil Schwartz was as courteous to us as if we were going to be spending hundreds of dollars. At Acton Toyota car buying was a totally different(pleasant, enjoyable) experience than I had anticipated. Tomas was welcoming, listening to what I want, knowledgable in what he does(has knowledge about range of models). Chris and Frank were again well informed and very polite. Hi, Even without an appointment, if I come early the service has been fast. Better yet, the paperwork is done quickly and the mechanics seem able to rapidly and correctly troubleshoot problems if I cannot figure them out. I've NEVER had to go back and have an incorrectly done repair repeated. Recently, I had a part fail that was under warranty having been replaced only weeks before. The wife and I went in looking for another Toyota. I had an accident with our last Toyota a 2003 Rav4 awd which we both loved. Never had a problem with it of anykind. we went back to Acton toyota for another. We met Jerry Thomas and he was extremly helpful in finding the type of vehicle we wanted. He was very polite and introduced us to Jack to help us with the financial part of the deal. When it comes time for another vehicle I'm sure we'll be looking for these gents to help us purchase it.
