This is the 2nd vehicle I purchased from Acton Toyota which is saying something because I have a 250 mile round trip drive. Nobody likes the car buying process, but these folks make things easier than any I've come across. I won't hesitate to continue our relationship or recommend Acton Toyota to others. Thanks again
Our experience that we had at Acton Toyota for the purchase of a Highlander hybrid was best one that we have had with an Auto Dealer. I can't say enough about the great experience that I had at Acton Toyota. My first dealings were via the internet with Shawn Gormley. He was always quick to respond and gave me a great price on a new Camry. When I went to the dealership, I couldn't believe how nice it was. Last September I purchased a used Mini Van from Acton Toyota and had a great experience with the sales folks, the deal I got, and the sevice so far. So when looking for a second car this December I when to four dealers and felt that Acton was the best place to go. They have a large inventor of new and used cars so you can do a lot of comparison shopping in one location. I worked with Tom Downing to purchase a new Toyota Venza 2010. Tom was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeble. Everything was done as promised. Tom responded to email quickly. All steps were explained to me upfront and were done on time and as promised. I would recommend Tom and Acton Toyota to my friends and family.
I still haven't picked up the car so I cannot comment on the Customer Service or Quality of Work. I will be sure to do so after having that experience if the opportunity is still available. Steve Jensen was excellent to work with and took time on his day off to meet with my wife and I to go over everything. All in all a very good experience. I didn't give a 5 rating for price since I believe there is always room to negotiate further, but the price and trade-in was VERY fair and if I could I would have rated this a 4.5.
We leased a vehicle from Ben and Tom. Both were easy to work with and demonstrated a lot of knowledge about Toyota's leasing process...it was a great, overall experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Hands down...Acton Toyota is the best car dealership I have ever worked with: Great prices; Honest sales folks; A big inventory.
New car pricing was in line with what my online research suggested we aim for. Quotes via internet meant no haggling and no surprises, which made the entire experience virtually stress-free. Our salesperson was a pleasure to work with - responsive and informative. There was some effort by the finance guy to upsell us to extras and options, and some pressure there - especially noticeable in contrast to how easy and pleasant the rest of the sales process had been.
