New car pricing was in line with what my online research suggested we aim for. Quotes via internet meant no haggling and no surprises, which made the entire experience virtually stress-free. Our salesperson was a pleasure to work with - responsive and informative. There was some effort by the finance guy to upsell us to extras and options, and some pressure there - especially noticeable in contrast to how easy and pleasant the rest of the sales process had been. Bob Rabb made the experience of an internet purchase really easy. He was a pleasure to deal with and gave me a fair price right from the beginning with no games. He's not your typical car salesman and that's meant as a compliment. Very honest and very straightforward. I didn't expect the positive experience that I had.
We had a very good experience at the Acton Toyota of Littleton. They were very friendly and did the best to get our car delivered on the date that we needed. Shawn was great to work with. We got the finance for a great APR. We would definitely do business with them again.
I had no trouble getting permission to test drive the new Corolla, twice, before I made the decision to purchase this nice little car over and above several other similarly priced automobiles. Overall I had a very good experience at Acton Toyota. Shawn Gormley, my salesperson was very friendly and went out of his way to make this a comfortable experience for me. Never once did I feel pressured to buy the Tacoma I was interested in. I feel he went above and beyond to make sure, at the end of the day, I was totally satisfied. Buying a car has always been a very stressful experience for both my husband and myself. This purchase was anything but. Bob Rabb is a terrific salesman, able to evaluate his customers well. There was no high pressure. He was patient, friendly, helpful, and blessed with a terrific sense of humor. After shopping at several dealers we bought our 2010 Prius from Tomas at Acton Toyota. Tomas honored the quote we received from him online, and did not add any "additional" fees to the price once we came in to buy (an experience we did have with other dealerships). Tomas is friendly, easy to work with and knowledgeable about the cars he sells. Tomas even came in on his day off to complete the sale in our timeframe. my overall experience was amazing, I have never been to a dealership where the people actually care and want to help you. I didn't feel pressured in any way, and appreciate everything that this dealership has done for me. I will recommend everyone to come to this dealership.
