Shawn Gormley was without a doubt the most professional and respectful car salesman I have ever met - if you are looking for a vehicle be sure to call him. I agree with another single female who posted on this board that Shawn is honorable and straight forward. From my initial telephone contact to the delivery of my new Prius, Ken Hsu was informative, friendly and throughly professional in all of his contact. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends and family interested in purchasing a Toyota.
When you deal with Acton Toyota there are no sale's gimmicks... no pressure tactics..like "what can I do to close the deal today"... like frequent trips back and forth to the sale's manager...like holding on to your trade- in keys.. Acton is very professional, courteous an low key... I'd buy from them again .. They are very different from the other Toyota dealerships locally
I have nothing but great things to say about Jerry Thomas and the two sales managers that I worked with. I was referred to Acton Toyota by a friend, and that must be the best way to go, because I found them friendly and professional and my car buying experience was hassle free and smooth. Was appauled by the old-style "used car sales guy" tactics at dealers in Florida (where I now live) plus their $1,500-$2,000 **above** MSRP quotes and 3-6 month wait for a 2010 Prius IV w/solar roof. John from the internet sales team was by far the best sales person my wife and I delt with our of the 5 dealerships we visited. We contacted him via the internet and we received a prompt reply via phone.
