This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Acton Toyota with the help of John Bernard and could not be happier with every step of the process. John was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with us throughout the entire process BOTH times. I had a very good experience working with Acton Toyota's Internet Program. Shortly after I submitted a request I received multiple options from Steve Jensen, their internet sales rep. He and I had several corresponding emails. Steve was upfront and did not come across too strong. In the end, I decided to upgrade my choice to a better vehicle. I contacted Acton Toyota on line, and within a very short period of time was contacted by phone by Bob Rabb. He was very helpful in the process of buying/leasing my new toyota. He answer all of my questions promptly and if he didn't have the answers he got the answers and responded quickly. He was very professional and informative on the lease process and the advantages to the different vehicles i was interested in. We never thought that buying a new car could be such a great experience. Our first visit to Acton Toyota lasted 4 hours and was actually fun. Steve Jensen took us through the Prius, answering all questions in a straightforward, knowledgeable and sincere manner; he then put us on the road for a test drive, and when we returned, we sat down again for more discussion. New car purchase. I wanted a corolla manual strippy, cheap as I could get. I found this trim was was not in inventory at any local dealers. Shawn Gormley matched the lowest quote I was given and arranged a swap. I was apprehensive that the deal wasn't going to go through and I would be steered towards buying a higher priced model. Both people thar I worked with were very helpful and went out ofm their way to make sure that they delivered on both price and timelyness. Even though my purchase was only for an warrenty extension from Toyota, they treated me like I bought a brand new unit.

As I am new to this dealer, the only customer service was to get a tube of touch up paint to match my new truck. Neil promptly got me the paint from the parts department. They also were speedy to add the running boards to the truck. As for friendly, this is New England, so it did not feel as friendly as a dealer I visited in the Atlanta area reciently, but they are as good as it gets in this part of the USA. I just purchased a 2010 Toyota Corolla through the Internet Sales department at Acton Toyota of Littleton. I would highly recommend Internet Sales and specifically Steve Jensen to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I shopped around at other dealerships where I felt I had to be on the defensive, because the salespeople were pushy. I needed a new car and had decided on a Prius because of all the great reviews they had gotten, plus everyone I knew who drove one only had great things to say about them.
