I thoroughly enjoyed working with Shawn Gormley, who was incredibly accommodating and met my every need as a first-time car buyer. I strongly recommend this dealership, and Shawn in particular (who works in the Internet department) for a satisfying sales experience.
I can sum up this dealership and Bobb Rabb in one word. This was my first purchase of a new car/truck through a dealer and Bob and Acton Toyota made it great experience. Even before I committed to making the purchase through Acton, he was more than willing to answer any questions that I had regarding the purchase and at no time did he pressure me into buying anything. I see no reason why I would not go back to Acton for any service or future sales.
After visiting other dealers I decided to go to Acton Toyota. This is the place where I kept on servicing my car. I wasn't prepared for buying the car the day I went and I told Kenneth that. He was very polite and professional and said "no pressure". We checked some options and I was handled the keys to the car I liked most. Took it for a ride (alone which is unusual) and came back. The process of leasing our latest vehicle was a very pleasant one. Our sales rep did a nice job of getting us the information/vehicle that we required as well as explained thoroughly all of our options. He is a very hard worker and seemed very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles that he represents. I would recommend him and the dealership to friends or co workers.
Acton Toyota of Littleton is where I bought my most recent suv and I will be going to them for any future purchases. In fact, I have recommended everyone I know who is in the market for a new car to go to Acton Toyota. Very dependable, honest, & curteous service. The dealer also had a very good understanding of the cash for clunkers program and was able to seamlessly process my clunker. Also there was excellent expeditious service with the car delivery. The features of the car were thoroughly explained.
I bought a 2010 Toyota Sienna from Travis McCarthy this month. He was knowledgable and friendly and didn't push even when he thought I was more interested in a Honda.
