Our experience with John was excellent. He was down to earth and very approachable. Moreover he was always very prompt in returning my calls. I would definately work with him again. I wish I could say the same about the financing department! Unfortunately, they felt a touch more "car salesman" like.

I located Acton Toyota on the internet. Steve Jensen was the salesman who responded to my inquiry of a 2006 Tundra (Limited). He was on top of the transaction from start to finish. I have been in sales and marketing for 38 years and I truly appreciate a professional. Steve demonstrated the best service I have had to date in the purchase of a automobile. He is a 'Pro'. This was my first car buying experience so I expected it be drawn out and a bit of a pain. Scott was very helpful, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. Exactly the type of experience I wanted. I dont like it when someone tries to "sell" me something or push an item on me. Scott did neither of these things. Steve was friendly and knowledgeable - he took good care of us depite the crush of cash for clunkers business. Everyone in the dealership showed a professional, friendly and courteous attitude. A very pleasant shopping experience with a good result. Only complaint is that they coulde have a few less gas guzzlers on display - the EPA rating on the Sequoia is pathetic.

Great quality cars and good service. This is a 6th car with Acton Toyota. The salesmen are always straight forward no hassle no gimicks! Our family all own Toyota's and will love them! We will always recommend Acton Toyota to our friends and family.

Getting your car serviced at this place is seriously like a day at the spa or a mini-vacation. I'm not kidding. You roll you car up into their huge service bay drop-off, you check in at the desk, and then to kill time you can eat a free meal at their new cafeteria (it's actually quite good, made to order), use their free wi-fi on your laptop...heck, they even have a fitness center! Great buying experience. This was the third dealership I shopped in three days. The salesman was polite, knowledgable and gave me a price that beat the others without my asking or prodding. To add to the flavor, the facility is brand new, well appointed, built for convenience and service and chocked full of amenities. Nice job! Today I picked up my car and again I received a great experience. All the staff made me and my family feel like kings. It's nice to recieve that feeling every now and then.

We have bought many cars from Jim Piaza over the past several years and have always found him thorough and knowledegable. He has answered all our questions and guided us in our choices. He is very personable and we will do business with him again when we need another new car. Richard Hamel was also very helpful and informative and answered all our questions when Jim was not there. Justin Brun was also most helpful in helping me register so I could do this review.

The friendliness and politeness of everyone made it a pleasant experience. Our questions were answered in a pleasant manner and no excessive pressure put upon us. I like the efficiency of the way the whole set up is done. i definitely is set to put the customer first.
