We are repeat Toyota buyer/owners. Dissatisfied with our experience at a different local Toyota dealership we went to Acton Toyota of Littleton. A great dealership -- every possible amenity, including a very low-cost cafeteria! Jerry was a pleasure to work with. He's experienced, very thorough and completely honest. The experience working with Bob Rabb was outstanding. He was attentive, respectful, positive without being aggressive, and knowledgeable. His splendid sense of humor was helpful. When confronted with a potential problem (Smart Key and pacemaker/defibrillator) he skillfully researched the question as we did with our physicians. The problem was resolved without need for change. We have bought 2 cars so far from Acton Toyota. Both times our experience was great. I hate dealing with sales people but the person we dealt with at Acton Toyota was honest and to the point. . . no number games or sneaky tricks. Acton's prices are competitive and both times we have gotten good deals compared to the prices of other dealerships. I would highly recommend Acton Toyota to anyone and I will definately be going back there for my next Toyota.
We were frequent visitors to Acton Toyota as we narrowed in on our favorite model. We test-drove 4 cars and never felt any sales pressure and found the salespeople to be more knowledgeable than those at other toyota dealers. This was a great buying experience. Ken worked very hard to ensure that I was happy with all aspects of the sale. This is my second Prius from Acton Toyota and I am quite sure that no other dealer will work as hard to earn your business and keep you happy after the sale. I went into the Toyota dealership trying to get some info about buying a new car. I had been in need of a car for a long time but I didn't exactly have the money for a new one. We went miles out of our way to do business with Acton Toyota, from whom we have purchased most of our vehicles. Initially interested in a used Scion, Wellington's help in letting us drive a new one for an extended period of time sealed the deal for us on the new one on the floor of the dealership that we actually purchased. He was wonderfully attentive and made everything as easy as possible, without being intrusive.
