Wow, what an experience. Our 2004 Prius was totaled, and we were in the market for a 2007. The insurance ride was rocky, but Steve Jensen at Acton Toyota made the new car buying experience an exceptionally positive one. He emailed a quote out within an hour of my contacting him, and followed up with any additional charges (title, document fees, etc.) We spotted the Prius we wanted on their web page, and Steve confirmed it was in stock. Acton Toyota's quote was several hundred dollars lower than any other dealership's. They treated me like a real person, clearly explaining all fees up front. Wellington was able to locate a Prius with my desired options quickly and have it delivered in a few days. They sold me the car for the agreed-upon price, with no hassle or haggling required. I just bought a 2008 Prius Touring from Bob Raab at Acton Toyota. Virtually every step of the process was pleasant,efficient, and reasonable. I came in via the internet and Bob told me when the next Touring model was coming in, agreed to sell it to me at invoice, and handled all the details so that my car was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership. I purchased my Toyota Rav 4 last Spring. I purposely waited to write a review until I could include the service department. I can now honestly say that Acton Toyota is the best dealer experience I have ever had. I used the internet sales department and have never had a more pleasant experience in buying a car. I just bought a car today. I dealt with Carl in internet sales. He promptly emailed me the lowest quote that I received. There were no phone calls, so it was good not to be pressured. I went down 2 days ago mainly just to test drive some cars. The price on the 2008 car was fantastic. I told him I was going to have to sell my car now. They ended up giving me what I wanted. Since I do a great deal of business over the Internet and Juliana responded almost immediately, after business hours to my request for information, I was immediately impressed. We had a great experience with Acton Toyota because they were upfront and honest with us. We used the internet sales division and dealt with Eric Kates. He was courteous, extremely helpful, and most importantly, he was very prompt with his responses to our email inquiries. This is one of the reasons that we went with Acton Toyota vs another Toyota dealer with which we were in contact. The other dealer's contact person wasn't very prompt with his responses.
