We had a great experience with Acton Toyota because they were upfront and honest with us. We used the internet sales division and dealt with Eric Kates. He was courteous, extremely helpful, and most importantly, he was very prompt with his responses to our email inquiries. This is one of the reasons that we went with Acton Toyota vs another Toyota dealer with which we were in contact. The other dealer's contact person wasn't very prompt with his responses. I recently purchased a brand new 2008 Scion tC from the Acton Toyota/Scion dealership. The entire process was pain-free and couldn't have gone smoother. My reason of why I not only recommand this dealer...But! I strongly recommand my Internet Sales Person: Wellington Pereira. Wellington Pereira had proven to me to be the best, if not the greatiest sales person that I had the pleasure or working with. Prior to purchasing my new Toyota FJ Cruiser from Steve Jensen of Acton Toyota.com I had visited a different Toyota dealer to acquire more information about this vehicle, and possibly purchase it. The sales person knew less about the FJ cruiser than I did, and I had only referenced the online information prior to my arrival there. I used the buyatoyota.com web site to configure my 2007 4Runner. Then I directed that to my local dealers. Within a couple of hours, I had very attractive offers from my local dealers. I was contacted via email by Eric of the Acton Toyota Internet sales team. One thing I noticed right away was that the Acton Toyota quote expired with the date of the current Toyota rebate, while others expired within 48-72 hours. My recent purchase of a 2007 Toyota Sienna was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I did most of my inquiries by email. For each question I sent to Eric, I had a response within a matter of hours. I thought it was great that I could get a realistic price up front for a car, instead of spending 2 hours negotiating to reach that same price. Bob Rabb was very patient and helpful in helping me deceide what options were avalible for my highlander. There was no pressure to buy even after several sessions of explanations. The dealership stands by their word on quotes. It is also very helpful and prompt in getting the registration for the new vehicle. I would highly recomend this dealer if a person was buying a Toyota.
Ken Hsu is an outstanding salesman. We did a lot of the work/communications on email which was very convenient. He was straight forward in his approach, had indepth content knowledge about the Tacoma and focused on what I was interested in buying. His use of the database saved a huge amount of time locating a 2007 model I was looking for plus understanding all the options. Our experience in July 07 buying a RAV4 was great. We absolutely chose what car to buy by our dealer interaction experience. Our sales rep, Bill Morrissey, was a consummate professional, polite, the opposite of pushy, let us test drive many vehicles over several weeks before we decided, allowed us to order a customized vehicle not readily available on his dealer's lot, etc. It meant a lot to us that the dealership is within easy access of our home, too.
