It was my first time buying a new car. Fozi Hader made it a very easy experince for me. He was upfront with everything that I asked about. He was very busy, but did not rush us during any time while fillling out papers or going over the options. He was very patient with me while explaining all of the features of the Prius. Delt with Wellington over the internet and phone initially. Received reasonable firm prices via e-mail. Had a good experience while at the dealership. 2 1/2 hours start to finsh, all paperwork complete, registration, plates and sticker all handled by dealer. Peter, Eric and Wellington all very professional, helpful and friendly. I picked up car Wednesday (my choice) and was in and out with the car in 1/2 hr. in 35 yrs of buying cars this experience was better than 98% of them. I would buy from Acton again.
Great Experience! I had a used Dodge Interpred with 93K on it... After talking via the Internet, I went over last Friday to finally test drive a Prius. Yeah, gas is at $3/gallon, but I've been eyeing the car for about a year; the timing was not right financially. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Just bought a new Prius with a trade-in from Fozi Hader at Acton Toyota's online sale department (I was a walk-in and the main floor was too busy so they asked the on-line department to step in...lucky for me!). First time deling with Acton Toyota. Totally positive experience. Wellington from Internet Sales responded quickly to price quote requests and in person was friendly, knowledgable and patient. My wife and I test drove three SUV's and puchased a RAV4 Limited. No pressure and many options explained. I recommend this dealer.
A week earlier, I had gone to the dealership I bought my Sequoia in 2003. We went through the usual "car buying shuffle"...back and forth. When I quoted them a price I had from a dealership in Brockton they acted "horrified" that the dealer was selling my a car for over $2000 under invoice...the "shuffle" continued til I walked out of the dealership. I e-mailed three Totota dealerships for a quote on a Totota Corolla and received telephone responses from two of them. The best deal was with Toyota of Acton. The internet salesman was so personable and honest and he actually made it a somewhat enjoyable experience. He explained everything to me in depth; the actual cost of the car, the quote that was given me, along with the document fees and taxes. Everything was spelled out in detail. I got speedy service and a friendly smile along with a great deal.
I purchased a Prius Touring model at Acton Toyota. i received an internet quote. When I went in to finalize the deal, I was told tize the deal, i was told that a mistake had been made and the price quoted was for a base model with smart key, and rear camera. I was shown the inventory list and it was indeed true. To their credit, they stood by the email quoted price , even though it was below their dealer invoice.
