I traveled from CT, bypassing other online dealers with comparable prices because I didn't like the service I was getting. Acton Toyota lived up to the great ratings and made the extra drive worth it.
Our experience at Acton Toyota was wonderful! It all started with a great quote from Carl McPhee via the internet! We then decided to visit the dealership and met directly with Bill Morrissey. After my car got totaled in an accident, I was in a hurry to get one. I zeroed on Honda Accord, Toyota Camry and Toyota Prius. I started requesting quotes from dealers. I was surprised to see the price on Accord still on high side, considering it is a year end model. I dropped Camry midway after hearing a lot of transmission problems, and that left me with Prius. I worked with the Internet Sales office, and everyone there (Justin, Peter, Eric) were great. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and personable. Walking into some car dealerships can be like walking into a shark tank. This was a pleasant experience - no hassles, just honest interaction. Acton Toyota was recommended to me and I'll continue to recommend it to others.

After ordering and waiting 10-1/2 weeks for my RAV4 to come from another dealership, I finally gave up and began to look for other dealers that might have the car I wanted. I had a great car-buying experience with Fozi at Acton Toyota. The Rav4 is my first new car purchase and it couldn't have gone smoother. The Internet Team is great. I communicated my interest in the Rav4 and the next day I got quotes for the Rav I wanted as well as the price of the other options available (V6, 3rd row seat). I communicated for over 2 weeks with Fozi and he always answered within the same day and with the exact answer I needed. We had bought our Toyota Camry LE 2007 six month ago from Acton Toyota and it was recently due for a 5000 miles minor service. Given the good experience buying the car from Acton, we went back to them for service, even though we live in Boston. As expected, the service was of excellent quality, prompt, and they repaired a broken tether and glued back the front rubber cushion professionally. We would highly recommend servicing your car here.
Jim Piaza is great to work with when purchasing an automobile. This is the second time around purchasing from Acton Toyota through Jim. I highly recommend doing business with Jim and Acton Toyota. Skip the hassle other dealers put us through and go right to the source. They are very easy to do business with.
