I have recently just purchased my second car through Acton Toyota/Scion and let me say that I could not be more then satisfied. Honestly, Acton Toyota/Scion is second to none! This is the second car I have purchased at Acton Toyota. This is the second car I have purchased at Acton Toyota. Started out on the internet and then went in person. I got a great deal on a new Camry and it was a very pleasant experience. They seem up front and honest. No hidden charges! I would definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman, Jim Piazas.
Wellington was great to deal with! I had a limited amount of time to spend shopping and he gave me a great price without wasting my time!
We continue to be very pleased with our car buying experience with Acton Toyota. We completed the whole process online. The sales department responded promptly to our emails and we reached an agreement following straight forward negotiations. This is the second Toyota I've purchased from Acton Toyota, and Ken Hsu specifically. This was the most efficient, and pleasant, car buying experience thus far. I just bought my 5th Toyota. When I knew I wanted another Avalon, I simply called Ken, told him the model I wanted, and that I didn't want to have a protracted negotiation. The toughtest part of the entire experience was trying to find the right color car with the features I wanted. I would recommend Acton Toyota, and Ken.
I had done my homework on a new RAV4 (Edmunds, NADA, 2 dealer quotes, talking with owners of RAV4s, etc) before contacting Acton Toyota online sales. Bob Rabb replied to my email within 12 hours and we corresponded for 2-3 days culminating with 3 prices for RAV4s with different options.
