Best experience I had at a Toyota dealer. Jack Burke was the best. Sent a video of the car made an appointment to go see it. SOLD!!! The car was just what I wanted. Jack came highly recommend to me and I would also highly recommend him. Thanks Jack!!!!

I was referred to Acton Toyota by my friend. She contacted sales guy Jack Burke and it was smooth sailing from there. Jack sent a video of the car I was looking for then made an appointment to check it out. Jack was great showing the car and talking about all the features. SOLD!!! I've been dealing with Acton Toyota since about 2008 for service for my RAV4. My experience then and since has always been good. The Service managers and Techs were a pleasure to deal with and service was always satisfactory. When it was time to get a new car, Acton Toyota is where I went. The sales experience was smooth, friendly, and competent. I would (and have) recommend Acton Toyota to anyone who is interested in shopping for a Toyota.

I've been dealing with Acton Toyota since they were still in Acton. My current Prius was bough elsewhere as Costco limits your dealer choice for purchase, but I continue to service it at Acton. Just went in for my last free service (at 2 years), and they went with the 20,000 service as it is more comprehensive than the 15,000 that was coming up. Great example of their proactivity!
