We just had our sienna serviced. Neil Schwartz went above and beyond to track us down to let us know there are a few issues that need to be resolved. A few of them were still covered under warranty. We got there just as neil was putting on his coat to go home. and he sat back down and explained everything and allowed us to pay at his station I kept apologizing and he said it was absolutely no problem he was there for the customer even though I knew he could’ve left 20 minutes before A++++. We appreciate this kind of service

I have been going to Acton Toyota since buying our first Prius in October, 2009. Steve Jensen was great then and is why I called him when looking for a new Prius. This time, he really went above and beyond: I had told him I was looking for a new car but wasn't quite ready to buy yet.
