Service was good, but Car service was good, people are friendly and the shuttle drop off and pickup is convenient. But I was a little disappointed that during a major service (100k miles), the car was not even washed . Doesn’t cost too much to include a car wash and it adds a special touch to see a clean car during pickup !

Best of the Best On July 26,2019 I went to Prime Toyota Rt2 for an pil change on my 2018 Toyota Camry. I came across Mr. Hatish Patel whi helped me last year on getting my Camry. Well he saw and greet me and the directed me ti his office. 5000 mile service I went in for my 5,000 mile service. There was a minor issue that was taken care of without hesitation.Mark went above and beyond. Very efficient and professional.

Good service Always able to get an appointment in timely manner. Staff courteous and helpful. Service always great. Only complaint is that waiting area is always too cool. Air conditioning set to cool too much today, should have brought jacket. In winter need to keep coat on as waiting area has door to service area where people dropping off car and staff come and go from check-I and check-out. Cold air whips in every time door opened.
